Federal food inspectors forced Kentucky Fried Chicken to change its name to "KFC" after it was discovered that KFC uses genetically manipulated organisms ("chickens") that are kept alive by tubes that pump blood and nutients through their bodies. They have no beaks, no feathers, and no feet. The government ruled that these creatures cannot legally be called chickens.

A few years ago, a friend of mine rented this movie for a slumber party, and I really, really loved it; it was sorta like "Bennie and Joon, in a lot of ways. I really, really want to get it for me, but I can't remember the title; my description might be a little vague, but I figured that I'd give it a try. It was a road trip type movie, with a guy and a girl; they were both compulsive shoplifters, and the girl had Torette's Syndrome. The guy, who was also an alcoholic, I think, was helping her to get a toy at a toy store, and the whole movie ended tragically...

There is this teacher at my school that helps with college applications, picking a college etc.

My mom is 75% native American and I know there was a chance I maybe be able to get a scholarship because of it.

I ask the teacher in the office in charge of answer students questions about college. She told me she didn't know and that she knew nothing about minorites and that she doesn't help minorites. That after being at the school for (i believe 18 years) Nobody has ask that question and maybe I should send post it saying Native-American so that the college would see it and somebody else could asnwer questions about minorites.


I feel complete affended because I don't feel aprecated being called a minortiy ( I have a name!)

She started laughing after I asked her and was rolling her eyes.

Hi, I was wondering how many episodes are usually allowed in a TV series per season? Dont know if this makes any difference or not, but I'm referring to cable TV shows like The Sopranos, L Word, Entourage, The Wire, etc.

Reason I ask is because I'm writing a cable-appropriate TV show myself and I don't know anything about this. I did a little research and found that each season of The Sopranos has 13 episodes, each season of Big Love has 12 episodes; however, Entourage is all mixed up, Season 1 has 8 of them, Season 2 has like 14, and Season 3 has 20.

I'm assuming there is no limit to the # of episodes in a season? If I'm wrong, then what would the minimum/maximum be?
