I just smoked my last cig. I went out and bought the patch. all my friends and family are in bed..so i had to tell someone. i am proud of myself. now for the question. what can i do when i have that urge to smoke. I had a friend who ate alot to take place of the cigs and i do not want to go down that road. thanks
