Ok, I don't have diabetes, but thanks. I spent too much time in the sun today.

Try some Lipton tea,or a coke.

You just might have diabetes. Have your fasting blood glucose checked. Your being thirsty is just one of the symptoms, do you constantly want to eat? Have you been losing weight? Do you have itchy skin and/or genitalia? It's probably best to go see a doctor.

Water is the best liquid to drink when you are thirsty hands down. Maybe you just have a taste for something else. Drink what you have a taste for, but alwayss remember water is #1.

hi, i think u'd better consult with doctor just to be on the safe side.
& there r some drinks that quench my thirst during hot weather u may try them:
1. a glass of plain mineral water mixed with lemon slices, u can add some sugar according to ur taste;
2. a half glass of plain mineral water mixed with sour milk, u may add salt according to ur taste & basil leaves
3. hot green tea;
4. cold black coffee;

Have Gatorade or powerade, since they have Electrolytes. If that doesn't do it, then get checked for Diabetes.
