Well, it's only Panda Day in Washington, DC, but Tai Shan (the National Zoo's cub) gets to stay until 2009, instead of being shipped to China later this year as was originally planned.

Winter's here,

Sounds of spring ring in my ears

Summers here, yippee! No school for me!
Swimming in the pool, splashing all the while.

It's short. I thought it would be fun using a few seasons.

What's the strangest thing you ever found in a hotel room?

We found one of those "adult dolls" one time on a school trip. It wasn't the blow up kind, it was the rubber kind that was made to look like a real person and was anatomically correct. They'd shoved her under the bed and I was wrestling around with my roommate and she got knocked off the bed- she glanced under the bed and saw the doll and thought it was a real person and screamed.
