I can see why you would love a character in a movie; the can represent ideals, struggles, values, and actions you love. But why do people love the actor who only pretends to be these things. The character shares little with him, only his image.

I can see like an actor's skill, but then you only like the fact they enterain you which is an action not the person doing the action.

I can see why you would like an actor that only does action or comedy though, what they portray is always consistent unlike a drama actor who may pretend to represent conflicting values when you watch two movies.

I am an independent conservative. The only thing that makes me really different than most conservatives is the fact that I don't believe in imposing my religious beliefs on anyone and I don't align myself with republicans because although they say they are decent people they cant be trusted like all the other parties.
