are you bias when someone from your contacts answers your question, and you have to pick a best answer.

for example, if someone (who's not on your contacts) answers your question really good, but the person who's on your contacts doesn't, would you choose the one who's on your contacts for the best answer.

I was at a concert the other night and the piano player pulled out this little plastic-looking keyboard. It appeared to be about 24 inches long and it had a pipe coming out of it. He blew in the pipe while he played it, which gave the piano its unique sound. Can anyone tell me what this instrument is called? I would like to find one.

I always thought that britpop ended with Angels by Robbie Williams, and this was also the time when the Verve hit the top spot with the Drugs Don't Work, which ushered a less jubilant british guitar scene. Everyone one that I knew were referring to british guitar music as indie from then on. Mind you I read a few opinions on the net that it ended with Gareth Southgate's penalty miss at Euro 1996. Maybe it was the release of Be Here Now, most Oasis fans love it, but it created a public backlash. By the way i'm referring to Britpop as the songs that were commercially popular in the mid-90's and that were based on catchy hooks and positive messages. I'm sure some snobby music fan will say that there was no such movement, but as a 13 year old the british guitar music of this time really captured my imagination. The singles still sound great.
