Whoa . . . what an open question! ALL the answers you will be getting will be subjective. To me, good rock songs get your foot tapping, while the best will get you up and dancing. Think of a driving backbeat and you're halfway there. Okay, here are some "starters": "Jumping Jack Flash" by the Rolling Stones; "Back in '72" by Bob Seger; "Day Tripper" by the Beatles; "Mississippi Queen" by Mountain. Like I said, these are completely objective and, by the way, the list could go on and on.
