Yes. I've lived long enough to know that caring is important. I clean my house when I care about how dirty it is because it feels good to have it clean. I have a job I care about (I'm a no-kill animal shelter manager) even though it breaks my heart and doesn't pay much because I care about these poor babies and I can help them. I stay married to my husband because I care so deeply for him and he's so much fun. I care about my free time so I do exactly what I want to with it. Which is very often nothing at all.

Yes, I do care about things that I do. Otherwise, I would not be doing it/them.

yes, I can't occupy my time with things unless I care for them or they are important for me. they relate to my feelings or my work. and my daily schedule is almost entirely dedicated to them. well, I could do without cleaning and cooking, but I think I have to care for them too.

Sure . . I don't live in this world alone. In order to acquire more balance and provide more balance in return, I have to attend to my responsibilities as a citizen of this world.
Don't you?
