I was wondering if anyone knew who sings the song in the newest commerical for the American Heart Association. The title of the spot is "this is the day," and the only audible lyrics are "this is the day, today, unlike any other day."

As nothing has come up with Google, I have to think it's some really unknown band, or an unreleased song...but I'm curious anyways. It's so pretty!

I've been thinking about it a lot.... at first I just thought I was the only one who couldn't stand to see him or hear him sing. Then the farther he made it, and I saw people MUCH better then him go home...I thought ok there are just some crazy people out there voting for him. But its gotten to a point now...where I am thinking that American Idol has it rigged so that he has stayed on there this long. Look at how many people in the world are talking about Sanjaya?! He is the most talked about Idol EVER! and thats HUGE for their show. I dunno, just a thought.

Did any else notice that the1st time David (Johnny Gelecki) appeared on the show, he was introduced as Kevin. The next time he was in an episode, his name was changed to David. I was just wondering if anyone knew why the writers changed his name.

we all know that american idol is a load of bull. kelly clarkson was the only real success that came out of the show, the rest all went back to whatever pathetic life they had before joining. if sanjaya wins the contest, it would finally mean the end of American Idol.

FYI dont kid yourselves into thinking that the other contestants voted off before sanjaya had a legitimate shot at winning. we all know that either jordin or the other 2 black girls who can really sing is gonna win.
