American Heart Association Commercial Song?

Question

I was wondering if anyone knew who sings the song in the newest commerical for the American Heart Association. The title of the spot is "this is the day," and the only audible lyrics are "this is the day, today, unlike any other day."

As nothing has come up with Google, I have to think it's some really unknown band, or an unreleased song...but I'm curious anyways. It's so pretty!

I'm thinking it's a jingle and not a song. If it was a song, eith they would be selling the single on their store, or the song would be mentioned in their press release.
