The Paul R. Williams designed home has sat abandoned for decades, its carved stone entryway and Mediterranean-tiled patio visible through the overgrowth. As the street curves around the corner, through the neglected backyard is a spectacular deep blue swimming pool built like a winding river. Most tour guides claim the house was owned by Johnny Weissmuller, tv's Tarzan, but he never actually owned it. Marion Davies, William Randolph Hearst's long-time companion, has been suggested as another owner.

I'm talking about the kid who lived in the basement, where you had to climb a ladder to get to his room, and it had like a barrell around it. I saw it the other day, I reconized him, and I can't figure out from where! It's killing me~

Recently, I posted the above question. Not getting the results I wanted, I decide to redo the explaination of what I'm looking for.

I just bought the complete series of Christy on DVD. Watching it made me remember why I loved it when it aired on TV in the 90's. I think the characters are a joy to watch, and I think the actors did a great job with their roles. I also love the Christian values that are presented in the series, and the over-all good wholesome material that's shown.
I was wondering what some other movies/television series there are out there, that are similar in nature (that nature being a good wholesome family movie/television series); Christian values are a plus, but not absolutely necessary. Below, I've listed some examples of the type of movie/series that I'm looking for. Thank you.

EXAMPLES
1: The Waltons.
2: Wind at my Back
3. Little Men (series)
A. Christian over-tones
B. Characters that are a joy to watch
C. Good stories/themes
D. Family friendly

Me and my roomates say "Your Mom" far too often. It still tends to be hilarious nearly every time, but we've realized how it's such an easy out for us. So, help us!

We need a replacement joke. Something that's short and funny and can be used often and is still funny every time.

So the challenge is on. Replace Your Mom.

Hey, I am starting out as an Eighteen Year Old Male in the world of Comedy. A lot of my jokes are not funny so don't flame as I think You'll find every famous Comedian reuse their best jokes again and again. I am using Yahoo Answers as a testing platform and thus your honet opinions, contructive criticisms and critical changes would be very helpful.Often I can create ten awful jokes and one funny so please dont state horrible things like "you should never do stand-up) Thank You

I am testing new joke formats such as surreal so is this funny (I come up with about 5 good and 20 bad a day so you know dont flame)

"I was told that you don't find the answer to your problems at the bottom of a Glass. So I posed the question and got hammered"!

Last night I was so bored that I filled the bathtub with water, turned on the shower full blast, climbed in with my clothes on and pretended I was in a submarine which had just been hit.
