i got a violation the other day for helping a single mom find a school for her child in the same state that i live in. her child is profoundly deaf and due to getting no help at her current school, she was falling far behind in her academics. i responded saying it was not right for them to treat her that way because of the way she is and i gave her a website and location of a school for the deaf who i know has a great reputation and who would give her child every chance to succeed that they could. i was truly trying to help someone because i care and i got violated. my question is that if we get into trouble for helping others on yahoo answers and yahoo answers is supposed to be a site for "helping people" isn't yahoo answers in and of itsself a violation? think about that. how can we possibly stay out of trouble if this is the case? thank you for you time and efforts on this matter and good luck in the future.
