Many addiction recovery programs are based a 12 step program patterned after the AA 12 step programs. If you can relate to the first step: " We are powerless over (name the addiction) and that our lives have become unmanageable." then you are on the right track. Check it out, find a local AA group go to an "open" meeting and listen. lol

I think maybe AA would help some of the people on P&s, too. For those of us who are on here out of pure P&S addiction and not just 'cause we're drunk, I guess PSA, or maybe YAA.

i was duped into joining the Answerholics Anonymous yahoo group (it DOES exist), but it's just more of the same. edit: except you don't get any points!
