It's kind of hard to tell exactly what they are saying. I THINK the name of it is David's Song. It's hard to tell exactly what they are saying. Something like "I rub you, bite you, chew you, eat you" all kinds of other weird things. lol It's sung almost in a whisper. I'm not even sure how old the song is. It was on a mix CD that one of my friends made for me, and she doesn't know where she got it from either.

Okay, so we've been playing silly 70's and 80's songs for our young boys to dance to. Mr. Roboto is a popular choice. Having never really paid attention to the lyrics before now, I was driven to look up the story and lyrics. I've already figured out that the song is about Robert Orin Charles Kilroy (ROCK) who was in a futuristic prison for Rock-n-Roll people. Kilroy hollowed out one of the robot guards (Mr. Roboto) and hide inside of it in order to escape. However, there's one part I can't figure out. At one point, he yells, "I am the modren man!" I can't figure out what that word is. Is that some British permutation of "modern?"

Don't tell me that I'm mishearing it. The official Styx website has the lyric as "modren."
