I wouldn't be embarrassed, I'm not the one wearing the exercise outfit.
I'm curious why you don't take the few minutes to shower and change before leaving the gym. Perhaps that you look like you just worked out is more what the person you're asking about is embarrassed over?

What does it look like? You need to give us more info. Is it a teeny tiny thong micro outfit? then maybe yes. Or is it a filthy mess? Then maybe yes.
Under normal circumstances, if its a tank top and short tights, and even if it a bare midriff or halter top I would day no, I would not be embarrassed..

a lot of people aren't born naturally thin,so it's normal to exercise more to maintain a healthy figure. a guy should be mature to know that.
