I work with this one real a*ssh** that is such a baby he has to ruin other peoples day just to make himself happy. On top of that he steals from the company and he's annoying as hell. What would you do about it?? I really hate this guy and I'm just letting him dig is own hole.

The RIAA claims that when you download music you are acquiring it illegally and the artists aren't getting paid fairly.

Ok,... I agree with that. But what about songs that i've already paid for, but simply wish to play on my Mp3 player. I have no means to "rip" the song from the albums, nor do I wish to learn. It's easier to download it via a p2p and tranferring it to the Mp3 player.

I guess they want it both ways!

You're not allowed to download their music,... but it's okay for them to make you pay more than once for a song you just want in a different format?

Where do the laws stand on that issue and how is it fair to the consumers?

ok, i am 16 years old and i listen to rock music [ rolling stones, scorpions, led zeppelin, r.e.m., pink floyd, def lepard .... to green day, metallica, u2, avril lavigne..etc

i am looking for rock ballads [love songs] that i can play them in my guitar for my boyfriend..or my boyfriend for me..
i am looking for a good song with extremly nice melody and lyrics that has not been heard too much like starway to heaven.
i am looking something like: hmm..knocking on heavens door -but lyrics are not relative with the situation..
angie is good, but my name is not even close to angie..lol.Plus, we are not breaking..
so.. any help would be nice..thanks!

Can anyone give me a proper definition of 'Emo' music?

Is it something like this -
A type of popular music which has no business being associated with rock music played by bands who do an awful lot of jumping around and who can only play one chord and who's songs are mainly about such non-conformist, rock music subjects as 'why can't I get a girlfriend' and 'oh I'm so depressed because not one loves me' and 'I am having problems with my "relationship"'.
