There's this guy who lives about 2 streets down from me... He's always following me in skool and then when i go home on the bus he always stops at my stop and waits untill i go into my home and then walks home. Does this mean he's stalking me? He's always giving me the vcreeps..

What should I get my best friend for our 12 year anniversary?

She's a girl and refuses to tell me what she wants. Don't give me that "your her best friend you should know" lecture. She refuses to tell me and it's coming up. Soon. Any suggestions ladies? Money really isn't the issue but she gets mad if it's too much (even though I'm not poor).
