Entertainment & Music - 8 February 2007

Hi.

I have some friends who have a group (Halou, Invisible Ballet!) and they have great music (sort of techno dance but more ethreal than that) as well as a couple of videos on YouTube. I really think they do a great job, their CDs are available on Amazon.com, and they have an agent. But, they've not really gotten any airplay.

I know it's a super competitive environment out there but does anyone have any suggestions for how I could help them get that "one big break?"

Which is best - Bonkers or Benidorm?

Benidorm is so true to life; Bonkers is just plain stupid. Sorry Lisa. Benidorm was even funnier tonight than last week.
There's such a good cross-section of characters - they are so recognisable as people we know, or would not like to know, as the case may be!

Scalping tickets at concerts?

I haven't been to a whole lot of concerts so don't think less of me... at music concerts (ie red hot chili peppers - pretty big band) is it usually possible to buy tickets from scalpers?
