Old cartoon about a boy named Danny?

I don't remember how old this might be. I saw it back in 1987, but I thing that i was already pretty old. The little boy kept answering "No" to everyone for anything, very negative and very disobeying.

Isn't it weird how...?

I'm on the computer and in two separate rooms at the same time are two tvs... they are on different channels but are playing the same commercials, one is about 3 seconds later than the other, but it's weird because every single commercial is the same... not just one commercial then two completely different ones, they are happening the whole time during the two different shows.... it's very weird...

In The Matrix: Reloaded...the scene with the Merovingian?

Please help me out: In The Matrix: Reloaded, Neo, Trinity, and Morpheus go to see the Merovingian to find the Keymaker. Morpheus says, "It all begins with choice." He (Merovingian) says "No!...We are all victims of causality." He uses the blonde girl in the pink dress as an example. Could someone please explain what is going on there? With the girl in the pink dress?
