I don't remember how old this might be. I saw it back in 1987, but I thing that i was already pretty old. The little boy kept answering "No" to everyone for anything, very negative and very disobeying.

funny the things we remember.. and things we barely do, but keeps buggin' us till we figure it out..... I do not ever remember one like that personally.... but I looked around online and found a cartoon database..... only one I could really find with a danny? one that was from the 70's called "These are the Days" anyway, there are tons of cartoons listed, searchable so if this one is wrong? maybe you can find it... link (address) below

It doesn’t sound familiar, but try this: go to Toonopedia, and look through the listings. You might find a feature called Disobedient Dan, Dan Something, Something Dan, oslt. They cover lots of strips and animated shows.
