Okay, to be truthful, I watch almost All of my Anime is subtitles, the english voice ruins it for me with great shows like Naruto -- I almost cried when I heard the dubbed version, its so terrible!

Full Metal Alchemist is another one, its so terrible it gives me a headache to watch it...

The again, do you think it depends on what you see first?
Because series like Pokémon, Digimon, Yu-gi-oh and Yu-gi-oh GX, i've watched in dubbed version, and its not too bad.
As I said, them four Anime's I watched on television, I found they were good, and becuase I had never watched them in Japanese, when I finally did, it didn't seem as good...

So yeah, does it depend on what language you watch it in first?

I'm an American living in Australia. I loved Steve Irwin for years before deciding to live down under. I was devastated when he died. It was like looking a close member of the family.

When i came to Australia, Aussies never hesitated to tell me how much they disliked the Croc Hunter because he made them all look like Yobos (red necks). They criticised and taunted every move he made. Now that's he's gone everyone is going on about how tragic it is and how much he'll be missed which really peaves me off. They only care that he's gone because they've lost their #1 tourist attraction. I can't stand hippocrates! Does this bother anyone else?
