I just don't believe the person, even if he/ she is a close family member.

I have a virgo in my family (Im a cap, virgo rising) who just wont give me a break. I've tried hard to make a frienship, and she isnt interested. We are the same age, same profession, I cant see the problem and its putting a strain on family get-togethers. Any advice?
