It was a pre-paid Virgin Moblie Cell phone. It had at least $25 left on it and it was the Oyster. I got it for $14 and it was a very new phone. What should I do? I never lost a phone before. I want a new one because I feel weird without a cell.

I had a "good" friend who was CONTANTLY late (if she even bothered showing up at all) Eventually I cut the friendship off because I could never rely on her anymore. We'd make plans and she'd never show! I heard that the reason why people are chronically late is because they are completly arrogant. They figure that whatever or whoever it is - they can wait because whatever THEY are doing is more important. Do you think that's true? Why or why not?
