I absolutely ADORE Don McLean's song "American Pie", but I'd love to hear it with acoustics and electric guitar and whatever else, percussion, etc.

Madonna covered it in the 1990s, and her version sucked balls, so I was wonderin' if anyone knew about an upcoming cover of the song, and NOT some stupid disco remix, those suck too.

If nobody has any information, do y'all agree that there should be a recover?
