What are some of your favorite punk bands from the 70's and 80's? I am not including 90's and on because I know we would get lame answers like Greenday or MCR or something like that which doesn't truely classify as punk rock.

The whole movie is based in a prison and during his free time, him and his friends work on this red mustang to make it look real nice and at the end of the movie the car is destroyed by the guy who hates him and they have a big fight. Any ideas???
