I was reading the New York Times today and read about some restaurants in Buenos Aires in the travel section. In any case as I was visiting one of the sites and heard something that sounded alot like Goldfrapp only i dont think it Goldfrapp. I invite you all to take a listen to see if anyone knows the name of this group/artist or song. A young man named John received a parrot as a gift. The parrot had a
bad attitude and an even worse vocabulary. Every word out of the bird's
mouth was rude, obnoxious and laced with profanity. John tried and
tried
to change the bird's attitude by consistently saying only polite words,
playing soft music and anything else he could think of to "clean up"
the
bird's vocabulary.
> Finally, John was fed up and he yelled at the parrot. The parrot
yelled back. John shook the parrot and the parrot got angrier and even
ruder. John, in desperation, threw up his hand, grabbed the bird and
put
him in the freezer. For a few minutes the parrot squawked and kicked
and
screamed.
> Then suddenly there was total quiet. Not a peep was heard for over a
minute. Fearing that he'd hurt the parrot, John quickly opened the door
to the freezer. The parrot calmly stepped out onto John's outstretched
arms and said "I believe I may have offended you with my rude language
and actions. I'm sincerely remorseful for my inappropriate
transgressions and I fully intend to do everything I can to correct my
rude and unforgivable behavior."

I hate Jordan Pratt she is not a very goood artist other artist make there own music and don't record songs that have already been written. I'm not hating on her I think she's pretty but she just getting me sick with her singing songs that have already been written like we are family and the other song don't get me wrong other artist do that but most of there songs are stuff of the own creations but not jordan pratt she is all fake all she does is other songs that people have already wrote?!.
Now tell me you don't jut realize this after reading this I make a very good piont?!.

Two old friends were just about to tee off at the first hole of their local golf course when a guy carrying a golf bag called out to them, "Do you mind if I join you? My partner didn't turn up."
"Sure," they said, "You're welcome."

So they started playing, enjoyed the game and the company of the newcomer.

Part way around the course, one of the friends asked the newcomer, "What do you do for a living?" "I'm a hit man," was the reply. "You're joking!" was the response. "No, I'm not," he said, reaching into his golf bag, and pulling out a beautiful Martini sniper's rifle with a large telescopic sight. "Here are my tools."

"That's a beautiful telescopic sight," said the other friend, "Can I take a look? I think I might be able to see my house from here."

So he picked up the rifle and looked through the sight in the direction of his house. "Yeah, I can see my house all right. This sight is fantastic. I can see right in the window. Wow, I can see my wife in the bedroom.

Ha Ha, I can see she's naked!! Wait a minute, that's my neighbour in there with her...... He's naked, too!!! The *****!"

He turned to the hit man, "How much do you charge for a hit?"

"I'll do a flat rate, for you, one thousand pounds every time I pull the trigger."

"Can you do two for me now?"

"Sure, what do you want?"

"First, shoot my wife; she's always been mouthy, so shoot her in the mouth. Then the neighbour, he's a friend of mine, so just shoot his d#ck off to teach him a lesson."

The hit man took the rifle and took aim, standing perfectly still for a few minutes.

"Are you going to do it or not?" said the golfer impatiently.

"Just be patient," said the hit man calmly, "I think I could save you a grand here....."

Which do you prefer? Personally I prefer The Lord of the Rings, and I am really annoyed when Eragon fans say the book did not copy it. J.R.R. Tolkien was a literary genius. I did read Eragon, and after getting past the fact it was a rip-off ( Eragon=Aragorn?) it was a decent read. The movie sucked, though. So what do you think?
