Any help, from any where on this song, 80's or 90's please!!!!??

Please I need help on a Song Artist and Title I think from the 90's??
I would appreciate any help here!

The Pre-chorus goes something like..
"..Why do you do it? Why do you treat us bad? When you've got 2 kids who love you..."

And the Chorus goes something like..
"..I've got to go now, I've got to say Goodbye. Don't try to stop us now, and please don't cry.."

I think it's late 80's or 90's..??!! But, I THINK it's a woman - it's a really weird voice, but strong - almost like Kermit the Frog - but not. Sounds like there's a bubble stuck in her throat.

Any thoughts would be totally appreciated. Thank you!!

Does anyone else miss Arrested Development?

I love Arrested Development! why did they have to cancel it? That was one of the best written shows on tv! what is everyone's favortie episode? mine would have to be Staff Infection. the one where Michael puts all the Bluths to work and Buster works on the construction site!
