I thaught at the end of series one kate dies? but this appeared to be a dream of gibbs. And also why does ari get let off?? whats the importance of him being a mossad or a sleeper agent?? (isnt he STUNNING)

Kate really did die at the end of season 1. Ari shot her.
Ari is also dead.He was shot,it was Ziva who did it - and it comes out later when she's talking to Gibbs that Ari was her brother.
So, if you want to see Ari again, you'll have to hold out for the reruns, or buy season one and two

Kate dies later on. Ari's history becomes very intertwined with NCIS and comes up over and over again in the last part of season 2 and beginning of season 3. Season 2 and 3 have been the best so far of NCIS. The end of season 3 was ssoooooo fantastic!

He leaves and moves to Mexico, but he comes back when a friend needs help; then he decides to stay. Besides, NCIS just ain't the same w/o Gibbs.

At the end of series one kate does die it is no drema sequence lyk we all wanted to believe hes actually a terrorist who said he was gonna help the goverment but wasn't he doesn't get let off and he gets his just reward.

Caitlin does die, it is a very shocking episode, followed by a rather strange one, with her team visualising her in rather odd poses. Keep watching and enjoy
