Any help, from any where on this song, 80's or 90's please!!!!??

Please I need help on a Song Artist and Title I think from the 90's??
I would appreciate any help here!

The Pre-chorus goes something like..
"..Why do you do it? Why do you treat us bad? When you've got 2 kids who love you..."

And the Chorus goes something like..
"..I've got to go now, I've got to say Goodbye. Don't try to stop us now, and please don't cry.."

I think it's late 80's or 90's..??!! But, I THINK it's a woman - it's a really weird voice, but strong - almost like Kermit the Frog - but not. Sounds like there's a bubble stuck in her throat.

Any thoughts would be totally appreciated. Thank you!!
