how do i transfer the music i downloaded from limewire to my itunes library? the songs from limewire are on itunes but in a seperate folder and i cant download them to my ipod

i've checked "youtube" -that place only has short videos
i've checked "veoh" -i dont know how to work that site
i've checked "bolt"-doesn't that place make you pay?
i've checked "peekvid" -that site only has it on videos and some of them won't show at all cuz its illegal or somthing didn't come out yet or illegal or somthing...
i've checked "limewire"-i dont have time to install the movies and program on there

WHERE ELSE CAN I GO!?!? or if you think you can get the movie for me from any of these site above, make sure you also include how you managed to get it (include the steps)
