Why does Palpatine look younger in Star Wars Episode III, all the way until he fought Mace Windu, than he did in Episode II all of the movie.
For example: when he address the senate he now controls the emergency powers.

I know i KNow, she has the baby(s) to take care of, BUT, she should have made a new album. i mean, its been forever. to be exact, its been 3 years. i think if there wern't too many slow songs it would be great. i can't stop listening to "the saints are coming" which they did. i don't like when bono's vocals first come in, cause they're much higher than the green day singer's. and U2's vocals and drums suck, and green days guitar and bass aren't that good either, but together they're awesome. and usually i don't listen to such mainstream stuff, but i think it would be an awesome record with green day songwriting and edge guitar. it could kick ***. anyway, does anybody agree with me?
