I think it's a pretty awesome show. Amazing how humungous people get fit so fast! Thing is that it's UNREALISTIC. No one could work out 5 hours a day and eat like 800 calories and keep that up for life! Yikes!

They never address people with thyroid problems. Anyway I still think it is encouraging. Just when I think oh my gosh I have like a ton of weight to lose, someone else is WAY bigger and has to lose much more, so what am I feeling sorry for myself for then? LOL
