I'd have to say the west coast, even though I'm just saying that because I've never been to the east coast.

I've only visited the east coast for a short period of time but all I did was go from the airport to my hotel and I saw at least 20 hott no sinfully hott guys. I live in Washington and I think the amount of hott guys has been decreasing dramatically in the past few years. Then all the hott guys that are left are all taken (my fiance included) I think it's the east coast, But I also think that the Caribbeans has an unnatural abundance of sinfully sexy PEOPLE in general!
