I have had frog legs and gator tail and both are good, the gator tail was a little to greasy and after having a few glasses of long island ice tea that wasn't a good idea to eat it.

Frogs legs look like chicken, but taste like fish. Squid is good, but octopus is more rubbery and fishy tasting. Groundhog tastes like beef. (Don't worry, I didn't eat the one that predicts Spring)

Yep, I've had them... the texture is that of chicken, the taste is somewhat gamey... they have them at this chinese buffet by my house.. i'm definitely going to have to be in the mood to eat them again though...
Hmmm.. snails, octopus, and goat...
