Get some lessons.
You need to practice like hell.
Begin to peice together the theory behind it. It takes a little bit of skill, but you can quite easily peice together bits of it to get the real gist of how it works...
All the chords, bar chords, power chords, single notes.... they all MEAN something. Once you can figure out what them mean, what their patterns are, and how they work, you know everything you need to know to write you're own music.
Sorry if that doens't help, but you're question was a bit vauge.

go to ultimate-guitar.com. they have thousands of guitar tab from all different artists. its a good way to learn your favorite music, and develope skills. the tabs can be posted by anyone, so be careful to check for accuracy...
