Someone at my school,stabbed someone with a pencil and the one who stabbed the other person got sued today and was charged with battery and assult with a deadly weapon.

The one who got sued is pressing charges.But the catch to this,is the one who got stabbed was poking and hitting the other one who stabbed him.
