when you sit and stare at the phone for an hour and it doesnt ring.
then you give up and an hour after you give up you get a phone call...then you run to the phone and you pick it up and its...its...your mom....

Does this person say he or she will call back and never does? Do they make up excuses as to why they have not called but promise to call? If you have answered "yes" to any of these questions, this person is not going to call you. Move on and find someone who is worthy of you.

Well just the feeling you have could be telling you something. Usually you get a call right away. In my experience, i would give it a few days. If someone cares they usually call right away or make plans...

when they havent by an hour after they say they would (like if they said they would call at 5, by 6 if they still havent called, they wont) also if they didnt seem to anxious when they got ur #, or when they said they would call back.
