OKAY There's a Panic! At The Disco concert in November and on the band's website TODAY, they said that tickets are on pre-sale on their website. So then they give a really good offer (you're in a drawing to meet them if you get pre-sale and the price is reduced.) So anyway, I go to get the tickets, I check the status and it says "PRE-SALE TICKETS SOLD OUT!" But pre-sale tickets were announced today!

Do u think there were other people like me keeping a close eye on their tour? Or could it be that brokers bought the tickets?

When a movie sets records at the box office, should they be based on the number of tickets the movie sells or the amount of money it makes? For instance, people that went to see Star Wars paid a LOT less per ticket than people do today. But if you go a web site like Boxofficemojo.com, they adjust ticket sales for inflation.

Something like Star Wars, that made about 400 million during it's releases (more than one release) into theater, would clear over a billion if the same amount of tickets were sold at todays prices. While a movie like "Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest" would drop from the third highest "grossing" movie in the U.S. to 47th comparitively.

So should these records be based on the numbers of tickets sold, instead of the revenue from expensive ticket prices?

Is it a control thing ie the hypnosis, or do they just like tall dark and handsome men with apast a la Lord Byron? So...yeah...whats the deal? I know a chap named Barlow from a town called Salem's Lot who can help me out. I mighht do it, but...if its for something stupid I think I will just pass. So ladies..why do you like the vamps?

I'm looking into moving to Texas, Mississippi, or N. Carolina from Kentucky. I would like some insight into which of these states--or any other Southern state, if you so choose to mention--you would recommend, as well as not recommend. I would like some insight into the economy, educational system, natural beauty, attractions, recreational opportunities, and people of each of these states.

From my preliminary opinion, it seems like TX has the friendliest people, w/ KY being least friendly. Meanwhile, TX and NC have a burgeoning economy, KY is decent but stagnant, and MS is trying to jump-start itself again after Hurricane Katrina.

Anyway, thanks!

In this particular episode, Agnes and Maddie go out to a bar and in the background there is a song playing by a female (African-American?) artist which goes "just another heart is gonna get you, when it does you'd better watch out". What was the name and artist of this song?

At a bus stop 2 Italian men get on. They sit down and engage in an
animated conversation. The lady sitting next to them ignores them at
first, but her attention is galvanized when she hears one of them says the
following:

"Emma come first.
Den I come.
Den two asses come together.
I come once-a-more.
Two asses, they come together again.
I come again
And pee twice.
Then I come one la-sta time."
"You foul-mouthed s*x obsessed swine," retorted the lady indignantly. "In
this country . . we don't speak aloud in public places about our s*x
lives.

"Hey, coola down lady," said the man. "Who talkin' abouta s*x? I'm a justa
tellin' my frienda how to spell Mississippi'."

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Orange_(word)

Rhyme
Orange is often noted as one of the most common words in English that does not rhyme with any other word. Although perhaps not well-known, there are two words that ryhme with it. Blorenge is one, and it is a mountain range and town in Wales. The second is Gorringe, which is a surname.

For those who don't believe it rhymes, the closest approximation is door-hinge, although torn hinge, or inch, a wrench, and flange [1] have also been suggested.

Some made-up words have rhymed with orange:

grorange — a blend of green and the color orange (found in a Mario Brothers novel)
korange — a hypothetical hybrid of the orange and the kumquat
borange — "rubbish", "of poor quality" (a coinage of comedian Ross Noble on the Triple J Ross & Terri show).
atgrynge — the plural of "atgry" , an alternative name for the commercial at symbol (@) .
