lol I feel your frustration. There's so much I could say to that question but I don't think I have the time or the energy. The whole thing is just downright dumb.

Tell Sleeping Beauty that it is rude to arrive at someone's party and belt down so much liquor so fast that you pass out and people have to STEP OVER YOU to get a drink.
Tell her that everyone at the party was embarrassed until you explained that she's a hopeless alcoholic.
And don't invite her to your place again. If she insists on seeing you, I recommend McDonalds at midday over cobb salad and coffee.

Well I would not call it "rude" A bit stupid but then she wasn't so bright either having open bar ...she should have expected someone would do it. It happens when the booze really flows.
