Almost every girl I have ever talked to (and its a lot, some of which I wish I didn't) say that they think vampires are sexy. Why? Is it a control thing ie the hypnosis, or do they just like tall dark and handsome men with apast a la Lord Byron? So...yeah...whats the deal? I know a chap named Barlow from a town called Salem's Lot who can help me out. I mighht do it, but...if its for something stupid I think I will just pass. So ladies..why do you like the vamps?

First of all don't change yourself for any woman you will find someone that loves you for you.
Women love a man that is mysterious, troubled, take charge, but vulnerable. Vampires are mysterious, cause no one ever gets to close to them, troubled because on some level they feel bad for what they are doing, but it is just an urge that they can't control. They can take charge and care for there women. There vulnerability comes with not seeing sun, and not getting to close to anyone. A lot of women love a little project, so they can help, and even fix a man. If they think he is damaged he is sexy. That is what a vampire is damaged. Plus the accent is totally hot, as well as the outfits, and the fangs don't hurt either. They are a glimpse of danger.

Movies have sensualized vampires ever since Bela Lugosi came into the picture. It's a combination of these things:
The accent, the sensuality, the control and the loss of it for the victim, and the blood-letting.
Vampires are portrayed as very sexual and sensual creatures. Also, if you will notice, the vampire characters in the books and movies have notoriously been well-mannered, educated and polite.
If you run into a woman who says she finds vampires sexy, chances are she enjoys seduction and being bitten (not necessarily hard enough to break the skin - more like a bite/hickey).

It's partially the control. Sometimes women, especially those with a career, think it's very attractive to have a man able to TAKE that control. Also, it's simply the fact that all vampires you see on television or read about in books are super sexy.

They are dark and mysterious. That is a turn on. My favorite vampire is Don Henrie from Mad Mad House.

I think it may have to do with the mystery.
But truthfully...eh. Don't change yourself for a girl.
