Sometime I just grow weary of lables for people and I know it is impossible to not have them, and that they are not always wrong, but for some reason they have been bothering me lately. Any comments are appriciated.

Does anybody agree that mainstream hip-hop music like the stuff on MTV is going to die soon and get replaced by a whole new diffrent genre of music such as rock and emo and punk? judging by the 2006 MTV music awards it seems like a bunch of "bands" actually won this year instead of a bunch of hip-hop artists and R & B pop artists... Everyone knows everything dies...So who else thinks that the mainstream hip-hop ( on MTV) is coming to an end? How much longer do you think it'll be around? And why? P.S. I have always hated this trend. Why sould people care about all these supposed "artists"? they don't play instruments... And why should people still be supporting them? They already brainwashed enough of my generation of youth into giving them all their money for their cheap thrills and 5 minutes of fame...
