Entertainment & Music - 19 July 2006

I feel it has. If you don't know what I'm talking about, look at the main great shows on local televison. You have House on FOX, Two and a Half Men on CBS, My Name is Earl on NBC, Supernatural on WB, Lost on ABC, and Everybody Hates Chris on UPN. These shows have good charcaters, good story, and something to keep you interested. So, do you feel like I do that tv writers have stepped up their game. Because I'm geniunely impressed.

A farmer goes out one day and buys a brand new stud rooster for his chicken coop. The new rooster struts over to the old rooster and says, "OK old fart, time for you to retire."

The old rooster replies, "Come on, surely you cannot handle ALL of these hens. Look what it has done to me. Can't you just let me have the two old hens over in the corner?"

The young rooster says, "Beat it: You are washed up and I am taking over."

The old rooster says, "I tell you what, young stud. I will race you around the farmhouse. Whoever wins gets the exclusive domain over the entire chicken coop."

The young rooster laughs. "You know you don't stand a chance old man. So, just to be fair, I will give you a head start."

The old rooster takes off running. About 15 seconds later the young rooster takes off running after him. They round the front porch of the farmhouse and the young rooster has closed the gap. He is already about 5 inches behind the old rooster and gaining fast.

The farmer, meanwhile, is sitting in his usual spot on the front porch when he sees the roosters running by. He grabs his shotgun and - BOOM! - He blows the young rooster to bits.

The farmer sadly shakes his head and says, "Damn it... third gay rooster I bought this month."

I was recently at Hollister and I heard a song while in the dressing room. Some of the lyrics are: "Clap your hands, stomp your feet...you know me or think you do..." I'm not sure about the last part I might completely be off! I know it's sung by a guy. Please help!

ok so i just got back from a get together of about 6 people, not even a party though we were loud hehe... ok so ive been a loner my whole life by choice and tonight was fun but why do i feel like i should never do that again? it was a great time with no regrets yet i have a feeling of not wanting to do anything with anybody when theres more that 4 people prestent. whats wrong with me ksjdbgdjsf

Three men who were lost in the forest were captured by cannibals. The cannibal king told the prisoners that they could live if they pass a trial. The first step of the trial was to go to the forest and get ten pieces of the same kind of fruit. So all three men went separate ways to gather fruits.

The first one came back and said to the king, "I brought ten apples." The king then explained the trial to him. "You have to shove the fruits up your butt without any expression on your face or you'll be eaten."

The first apple went in... but on the second one he winced out in pain, so he was killed.

The second one arrived and showed the king ten berries. When the king explained the trial to him he thought to himself that this should be easy. 1...2...3...4...5...6...7...8... and on the ninth berry he burst out in laughter and was killed.

ok, i'm still relatively young (21) but I remember the days when cartoons were great. Remember.... animanicas, voltron (my all time favorite), freakazoid, ducktales, quackpak, chip n' dale, talespin....I could go on for days. what's going on these days? it's like there's no talent out there. and TOO Much Commercials . . . I Tivo it ! But my Gosh, the people who don't have Tivo ?! Help Them .

Any favorites? Think Dmitry is Gay ? Not a problem with that, just a little disapointing. If he is from Greece . . .how come he was speaking Russian? He HUGGED that guy . . like Really Hugged him . . he. . he...he ! Don't think his chest is That Great ! He sure was not in his element doing the Lindy Hop. And he makes poor Donyelle look like she is too heavy and as though she is weighing him down . . .I don't even think he is that weak . . he just ACTS like he can't lift her because he wants to emphasize her weight to get her eliminated. He'd look better if someone had bought him some teeth braces when he was young.
