I Can't remember the name of a cartoon series: It was about 1980, and there were all sorts of Monsters and stuff. The main character was a frankenstien's Monster who when he got hit by lightning (several times an episode) would say in a dopey voice "I Needed that!" or "I didn't need that!" depending on the circumstances?
