its still on-going. he has not gone to trail yet but they keep dropping charges, bit by bit. from an original charges of more than ten he now has less than 5 i think. the case is very weak. remember none of the girls had any problems with it so i guess its hard to put a case together, his basic defense is that it is not him in the vids. go figure!
