does anyone no for sure if 2pacs dead

TV shows always say they have "never before seen photos, videos, evidence" etc, but how is that possible. The person taking the photo or video saw it, the producers of the video saw it, the network sees it before showing it to you. So it's not possible to show never before seen anything cause someone had to create it, and someone had to see it. They should say "first time on TV." right or wrong?
