ive had i ripped copy of it for about 4 months i dont know if the finished album will be anything like the copy ive got but if it is it fookin rocks ! the older stuff is better but i rocks never the less ! im going to the manchester gig on the 23rd of this month i bought my tickets this morning should be the nuts its the first time they have toured the uk since 93' with the 'get in the ring' tour

What happened is Axl can't keep his attitude in check long enough to keep a band together. I don't think that album will ever come out to be honest. He's too much of an egoist to get anything done. I don't really think it would matter anymore anyway.
I've often wondered why somebody else didn't release an album called Chinese Democracy just to make Axl squeal.

They decided to release a greatest hits album instead, nobody knows why and nobody seems to know IF they are ever going to release the Chinese Democracy Album

Chinese democracy should be out around September as the band are touring to promote it now.
But whether it actually will be out then is a matter of conjecture as it's been delayed for....ever.
