Absolutely NOT.
Can you imagine seeing the child and not being able to hold it etc?
Even though you didn't carry it or give birth to it, it would still be part of you and it's human nature to be drawn to it and want ot care for it. There are too many emotional and ethnical issues to deal with, so it's not selfish or harsh to say no.

I'm going to have IVF soon and will be donating eggs to strangers. The pain of not being able to conceive is like nothing I've ever experienced. If I had a friend who I could help then I would do so without hesitation.

None of my friends can conceive on their own - they all need a little help from another person. Lol

yes! but i dont like needle, or medical people so it has to be natural insemination.
seriously it's complicated, it will affect your friendship, knowing it's your child they're raising --- there is always this special parent - child attachment

No be to hard knowing it was my child and seeing it and I'd probably butt into things not my business.
