I can't believe I'm seeing this question here. My daughter (27 and trying to be funny) asked me the same question a few months ago. As a matter of fact, if that's your picture in your avatar, you look a little like her, or like she did when she was younger. Anyway, I digress. I think they would look like a chase lounge and we would simply straighten our legs out when we sat down instead of bending at the knees.
