She is a local artist here in Florida- from down south but hse comes up every now and then to Gainesville to do covers. She has a beautiful voice live, almost better tha nher CD. Has anyone heard of her? I love to support independent artists.

I think the title may have had numbers in it.
I saw the movie about 13 years ago, they showed it every year to the kids in school either in 5th or 6th grade.
The movie seemed old even then, I'm thinking it's an early 80's film.
The boy came to her in a large canister, like the kind you put waste or oil in.

I mainly like r&b, hiphop, country & gospel. Any songs that will inspire me to believe and have hope and to be strong. I've gotten out of a relationship where my man cheated on me while we have a 16 month boy. My favorites right now are "me, myself, and i" by beyonce and "jesus take the wheel" by carrie underwood. you could throw in some songs that talks bout the situation too. one i thought of was destiny's child "she can't love you."
