sanskrit transalation

2007-01-23 01:16:41 · 2 answers · asked by huds t 1

The first one is...a highly respected individual, head of the Transylvanian mountain community. Sort of like a judge, head of the community, decides upon certain legal and community issues. What do you call his position in the English terminology?

And the second term is...hill-community, but...does this expression exist, or do you call it under a differnet name, or expression?

Thanks a lot for your help!!!
